Splatcha! Strategy
Start each match by spreading paint in the corners. Early coverage forces your opponent to chase, buying you time to dominate the center. Use the dash to break out of a crowded zone or to snatch a power‑up that appears in the arena. Remember that every dash consumes a small burst of speed; reserve it for high‑impact moments.
In 1 Player mode, the AI adjusts its aggression based on difficulty. Treat the bot like a real opponent: anticipate its dash, block its paint lanes, and force it into corners. In 2 Player Games, watch your friend’s pattern. A quick counter‑dash can flip the paint balance in seconds.
Arcade mode strings together five unique arenas. Each arena adds a subtle twist—sloped floors, moving obstacles, or temporary paint‑erasers. Adapt your approach as the stage changes, and aim for the golden chest that spawns a burst of extra paint. The chest appears after you dominate 60% of the floor; seize it before the timer runs out.
