Strategy

When you level up, the ship gains a visible upgrade—choose the one that matches your play style. Some captains favor rapid fire, others gain a defensive shield. Use the ability keys (Shift E) to create openings, then fire a full broadside with the left mouse button. Remember that your cannon fires sideways, so you must rotate your ship to line up a shot. Position yourself near the arena’s edge to avoid being caught in the closing storm, but stay close enough to intercept enemies racing for the same loot.

Mid‑match, watch the scoreboard (Tab) and adjust your tactics. If a rival has a massive hold, circle them and force a duel; a well‑timed broadside can cripple their sails and leave them vulnerable. In 1 Player mode, the AI opponents follow predictable patterns. Exploit those patterns to practice positioning and ability timing.
